Back to Basics, Goal Setting and Combatting the Crap Storm of 2016!

Well is temporarily down. Why? Because divorce sucks that's why! I hope to have that URL up and running soon. Until that happens I am making my return to blogging on blogger. HERE WE GO!

I am quickly approaching the one year mark of breaking up with husband. It's been an insane year. I complete lost focus on my health and weight loss. I have regain every single pound I lost when I first joined Weight Watchers five years ago. My joints hurt all the time and it sucks ASS!

I need to take things back to the basics. Planet Fitness, Barry's Bootcamp, Lose it! and lots of planning and accountability.  In order to get this Awesome Comeback going in the right direction again major planning needs to happen.

Well here are my short term goals for December:

- Track my foods using Lose It! at least five days per week.
- Hit my activity daily goal at least five days per week
- Alternate my home, gym and running routines.
- Resume weekly weigh loss journey blog posts

Long term goals and activities for 2017

Weight Loss goals:
- Each month track at least 27 days.
- Follow my routines: Get 7 to 8 hours of quality sleep each night, know how I am going to be active the next day and put my fork down and sip water between bites.
- Lots of water
- Reach my activity daily goal at least 5 times a week.
- Enter Onderland

Running Goals:
- Participate in the at least two half marathons. (Budge restriction)

Personal Goals:
- Defeat my inner emotional eating demon
- Go on more family outings
